Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days before shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product listing (for example, backordered or made-to-order items may take longer — check the listing for details).

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
All orders ship via ground shipping / USPS First Class Mail with a tracking number. Once shipped, standard delivery takes an additional 7–10 business days.

Please allow for both processing time and shipping time when estimating when your order will arrive — total time from order to delivery is typically 12–17 business days.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delays
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing and delivery times may be extended during high-volume periods (holidays, sales events) — we'll note this on the site if it applies.
