Welcome to Infinite Aura Jewelry Co. ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using iajewelry.co (the "Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Our Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's permission, to use this Site and place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an order, and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
2. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display our jewelry accurately, but colors, sizing, and finishes may vary slightly from what's shown due to screen settings and the handmade or plated nature of some pieces. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
3. Orders & Personalization
By placing an order for engraved, personalized, or custom items, you confirm that any text, names, or details you submit are accurate and appropriate. We are not responsible for errors in personalization caused by incorrect information submitted at checkout. Once a personalized order enters production, it cannot be changed or cancelled (see our Return & Refund Policy for full details).
4. Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment card information.
5. Shipping
Please see our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping restrictions. We currently ship within the United States only.
6. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final, including on engraved and personalized items, except in cases of defect or shipping error. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
7. Materials & Allergy Notice
Our jewelry is made with high-quality stainless steel and PVD or gold plating, and sometimes finished with black coating, rainbow plating, or similar treatments. While we hold our materials to a high standard, individual pieces can occasionally vary, and some customers with sensitive skin may experience irritation or a reaction. If you have known metal sensitivities or allergies, please reach out to us before ordering so we can help you choose a suitable piece. We are not liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities resulting from normal wear of our jewelry.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including photos, product designs, logos, and text — is the property of Infinite Aura Jewelry Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Aura Jewelry Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, including but not limited to loss or damage occurring after delivery. Jewelry should be cared for according to any included care instructions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
